This graphic novel is a retelling of a 13th century Arthurian romance called The Knight with the Lion. Written by Caleb Palmquist, illustrated by Jonathan Fisher and Kay Woolhiser, and lettered by Dave Lentz, this book is 80+ pages of epic fantasy adventure.

The Knight and the Lion tells the story of Yvain, a knight of the round table who is cast out by his wife when he doesn't return to her when he promised. Wandering the world in grief, he comes across a lion and a dragon locked in mortal combat. He intervenes to help the lion slay the dragon, and the two become fast friends.
